What is the Aromatherapy Hoodie?
A hoodie that looks normal but secretly helps you stay calm. A hidden pocket in the hood holds a scented disc that releases a subtle, soothing scent only you can really smell. Includes the same built-in stress ball as our original hoodie.
Will other people smell it?
The scent is designed to stay close to the wearer and not project heavily. It's subtle and personal. People would need to be very close to detect it.
How long does each disc last?
Each scent disc typically lasts around 2–3 weeks depending on environmental factors and usage. You can extend the life by putting the disc back in its resealable pouch when you're not wearing the hoodie.
Can I switch scents? Will they mix?
The pocket material is non-absorbent, so trace transfer is minimal. For a clean switch, we recommend waiting until the current disc has faded before inserting a new scent.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
The scent disc does not come into direct contact with the skin. There is a mesh barrier between the disc and the wearer. If you have sensitivities to specific essential oil compounds (e.g., linalool, geraniol, limonene), check our full ingredients list above the scent selector. We recommend wearing for 1–2 hours initially and removing if you experience any headache or irritation.
Is the pocket noticeable when wearing?
The compartment is designed to be small and discreet. It runs along the side of the hood and is not visible from the outside. It's barely perceptible to touch.
What if the scent is too strong?
Sensitivity can vary. If the scent feels too strong, you can leave the disc out in the open for a day or two before inserting it to reduce the intensity.
Can I wash the hoodie?
Yes, fully washable. Remove the scent disc first, then machine wash cold and air dry.

Are there any health or safety warnings?
Pregnancy & epilepsy: If you're pregnant or have epilepsy, we recommend trying the scent disc for 1–2 days first to see how you feel. Not a fit? The hoodie works great without it.
Pets: Keep the disc away from pets. Essential oils can be harmful to dogs and cats if ingested.
Children: The disc is a choking hazard, so keep it away from infants and toddlers. We have a kids line, so little ones can still enjoy the hoodie itself (just remove the disc).
Consumption: The disc is not edible. Don't eat it.
