Ambassador Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Cloud Nine Ambassador Program.


By joining, you agree to the terms and guidelines below. These Terms are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and trustworthy community that represents the Cloud Nine brand with integrity.

1. Overview

The Cloud Nine Ambassador Program (“Program”) is designed to reward individuals who authentically share and promote Cloud Nine products. Participation in the Program is voluntary and subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). By joining, you acknowledge and agree to comply fully with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

Be at least 16 years old or have parental consent.

Reside in a country where Cloud Nine currently ships.

Have an active, authentic social media presence.

Agree not to misrepresent your relationship with Cloud Nine.

Cloud Nine reserves the right to accept or reject any ambassador application at its sole discretion.

3. Ethical Conduct

We believe in honesty and transparency. To keep things fair for everyone:

Unethical activity such as fraud, manipulation, or misrepresentation will result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.

Faking orders or generating false referrals is strictly prohibited. All referrals must come from real, legitimate purchases.

Ambassadors must represent Cloud Nine truthfully and avoid misleading statements about the brand or products.

4. Use of Referral Codes and Links

Your personalized referral code and/or link are meant to be shared organically with your own community, friends, and followers. Our ambassadors program is meant for real people sharing their code with other real people authentically. 

You are NOT allowed to:

Post your code or link on discount, coupon, cashback, or deal websites.
(Examples: Honey, RetailMeNot, CouponBirds, etc.)

Use spam tactics such as mass messaging, bots, or fake accounts.

Impersonate Cloud Nine or any of its representatives.

Engage in paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) using your code without prior written approval from Cloud Nine.

Use mass email marketing 

Use blogs as a source of traffic  

Violation of any of these rules will result in instant removal from the program.

5. Referral Validation

We may periodically verify the authenticity of referred purchases.
Cloud Nine reserves the right to:

Request proof of referral legitimacy (for example, screenshots, DMs, or email exchanges).

Withhold commissions until authenticity is confirmed.

Revoke commissions from orders found to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

Failure to provide requested verification will result in loss of ambassador status and unpaid earnings.

6. Payment & Rewards

Commission rates and reward structures are outlined in your ambassador dashboard or confirmation email.

Payouts are processed through Cloud Nine’s approved system (for example, Tremendous or similar platform).

Cloud Nine reserves the right to adjust commission rates or methods of payment at any time with or without notice.

If you are removed from the program due to a policy violation, all unpaid and pending earnings will be forfeited.

7. Brand Representation

As a Cloud Nine Ambassador, you are expected to:

Maintain respectful, appropriate, and brand-aligned behavior online.

Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or controversial content that could harm Cloud Nine’s reputation.

Refrain from making false claims about Cloud Nine’s products or guarantees.

We love creativity, but we expect ambassadors to act with professionalism and integrity.

8. Content Ownership

By participating, you grant Cloud Nine the right (non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide) to use, repost, or modify content you create featuring Cloud Nine products across any marketing channels including social media, ads, and the website, with credit whenever possible.

If you wish to revoke this right, please email hello@cloudnineclothing.ca and we will review your request.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your ambassador membership if:

You engage in any prohibited or unethical behavior.

You fail to comply with these Terms.

Your account becomes inactive for an extended period.

You misuse your referral link, code, or payment system.

Termination decisions are final.
All unpaid commissions at the time of termination will be revoked and voided if you have violated these Terms.

10. Modifications

Cloud Nine reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice.
It is your responsibility to review this page regularly for updates. Continued participation in the program after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Cloud Nine Ambassador Program is offered “as-is” and without warranties of any kind. Cloud Nine is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your participation in the Program.
