Return/Refund Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and guidelines:

Refunds: To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days. You will need to return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) show signs of wear and tear, stains, or any other signs of excess usage. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the item(s). Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service for your protection and prompt delivery. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the item(s) you want to exchange are not available, we will issue a refund. If you are returning an item that has been previously exchanged, there are no refunds on any exchange returns. Sales items are final and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Wrong Address: If you put in the wrong address, please contact us within 24 hours. If it has been shipped, we are not responsible for the address you put in wrong.
